The Challenge Awaits As our HR Manager, you will lead the charge in several critical areas:
1. Building the Future
- Develop and execute HR systems and processes that will shape our organization's growth and prosperity.
- Take the reins on payroll, selecting and implementing HR software that will drive efficiency.
- Manage a diverse team of staff members, including volunteers, to create a thriving and harmonious workplace.
2. Strategic Impact
- Play a pivotal role in recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract the best talent to join our mission.
- Administer benefits, nurture employee relations, and manage leave policies, all while ensuring strict compliance with relevant laws.
- Collaborate as a strategic partner to our ED and MHAGC management, championing an organizational culture that is focused on staff and their well-being.

Requirements
- Human Resources Expertise: Proven experience in HR management, including knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.

- Proven History of Developing and Implementing an Innovative Wellness Program
- Compensation and Benefits: Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and experience designing competitive compensation packages.
- Training and Development: Ability to create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all labor and employment laws and regulations.
