About The Role
The HR Manager will be in charge of delivering operational support and overseeing all HR activities at our call center in Greenville, SC. This exciting role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from managing talent succession and promoting a stable workforce to ensuring compliance, fostering team relations, nurturing team member growth, and serving as the main HR contact for all site-related matters. As a crucial member of our team, the HR Manager will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact onsite at our call center in Greenville, SC for all HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Perform duties encompassing a variety of HR functions, including but not limited to onboarding, new hire orientation, benefits, employee relations
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while fostering a harmonious and efficient work environment
- Facilitate the employee offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and compiling termination notice details
- Collaborate closely with the VP of HR and call center management to seamlessly incorporate HR programs, initiatives, as well as training and quality assurance programs
- Focus on employee development, performance management, and other HR-related functions to enhance overall performance
- Ensure alignment with company-wide HR standards and practices
- Support leadership in initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and patient satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years proven experience as an HR manager or Associate HR Manager
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Extensive Knowledge of all federal, state, and local HR laws
- Strong familiarity with PTO, sick time, and leave of absence policies
- Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - Paycom experience is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and effectively communicate status with stakeholders
