About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Technology Intern to join our team for the summer of 2024. The ideal candidate will be working closely with our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to enhance customer interactions and streamline communication processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CCaaS solutions
- Support the integration of CRM platforms with existing call center technologies
- Collaborate with IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Participate in the development of new features and functionalities for our CCaaS and CRM systems
- Help to create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
- Engage in user acceptance testing for system upgrades and new releases
- Provide technical support and training to call center agents on new technologies and platforms
- Analyze call center metrics and assist in improving system performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with CCaaS and CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of programming languages and database management is a plus
