About the role
Join our IT Team in Greenville as an IT Support Specialist where you'll play a key role in the continued maintenance, support and development of our IT infrastructure.
- Administering the company’s IT infrastructure, maintaining helpdesk ticket records for all assigned faults and issues.
- Providing first-line support for hardware, commercial applications, and network issues, focusing on quick resolution or escalation where necessary, whilst providing world-class customer service.
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business, pro-actively resolving issues and delivering great customer service.
- Serving as an escalation point for first-line queries, ensuring compliance across Hardware & Software installations.
- Collaborating with the UK team and third-parties for repairs and support, while managing stocks of computer consumables efficiently.
- Deliver coaching to employees on PC-based packages, producing and updating systems-related documentation.
- Pro-actively plan for IT project-based work to improve efficiencies and conduct user/system administration as required.
- Engage in ongoing technical research and development of computer systems for continuous innovation.
- Monitoring and tracking IT asset movements accurately and liaising with finance for fixed assets.
- Supporting the entire IT infrastructure, meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) effectively.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration, with experience in a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, applications, and networks.
- Great communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders with a people-centric approach.
