Marketing Communications Specialist

We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our growing Marketing Team. In this role, you will be a voice for the company while spreading sunshine and solving problems. We will ensure you have all the training and knowledge necessary to quickly answer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction and manage review campaigns. You’ll work alongside a dynamic group of people who are passionate about bringing fun, affordable toys to people everywhere. The ideal individual will have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers

• Ability to work both independently and in a group setting

• 40 hours per week, in office M-F

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through email and provide appropriate solutions 

• Ship samples and product replacements

• Manage, create and monitor review campaigns

• Respond to ecommerce questions and reviews

• Prepare and present reports over email and during marketing meetings

• Collaborate with the marketing and graphics team on brand development, trend research, licensing and additional creative projects.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
