Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily flow of parts and supplies for our production operations, ensuring that all parts are correctly tracked, processed, and dispatched. You will collaborate closely with the production and service teams, as well as our vendors, to ensure that parts are delivered on time and in good condition.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Previous experience in parts coordination, inventory management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, technicians, and other team members.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software or ERP systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment.
