Duties:
- Prepare Annual Quality Plan
- Lead Yearly Management Review Meetings as required by A2LA
- Interface with customers regarding complaints, and corrective actions
- Maintain quality documents and records.
- Review / update calibration procedures for compliance to ASME/ANSI standards.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager during the review of Uncertainty Budgets
- Collaborate with Technical and Operations Managers to provide Quality procedure training to technicians.
- Promote growth and continuous Quality Improvement across all areas of the company.
- Coordinate yearly Internal/external audits and complete customer surveys for all locations.
- Guide technicians through proper metrology methods when necessary.
- Interface with Outside Sales team
Requirements
- 10+ years Metrology Experience
- Calibration Lab, ISO, Quality Systems/Quality Management Experience
- ISO17025 (A2LA/NVLAP) Accreditation and ISO9001 Experience
- 10+ years management experience
- Fluent in Measurement Uncertainties, budgets, and Excel
- Ability to travel 25% of the time.
