Remote-CSR

Project REST is excited to announce an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative (Remote-CSR) to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will be the voice of our organization, providing essential support to individuals affected by crime and ensuring they receive the help they need. As a Remote-CSR, you will handle inbound inquiries, offer information about our services, and assist clients in navigating the resources available to them. Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients with professionalism and empathy
• Provide information about available resources and support services
• Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns related to their situations
• Document client interactions accurately and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for client needs
• Participate in training and professional development activities
• Uphold organizational policies and confidentiality standards in all communications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a behavioral health or nonprofit environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, empathetic demeanor
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management software
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Flexibility to accommodate varied work hours, including evenings and weekends
