As an Aircraft Hangar - Nights, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of aircraft hangars during night shifts. This role will involve working closely with a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in aircraft hangar areas according to established standards and protocols.
- Contributes with aircraft landing gear maintenance and cleanings
- Cleans, details, and sanitizes the cabin, gallery, cockpit area of the airplane
- Conducts lavatory cleanings
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including walls, windows, and equipment.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist with the removal of debris and waste materials from the hangar premises.
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs within the hangar facility.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to promote a secure working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment used in commercial cleaning.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to cleaning operations.
