Twin Lakes Communications, a leading technology provider with a robust fiber network in the Upper Cumberland, is searching for a customer-centric and energetic Customer Care Representative to provide professional, efficient, and courteous customer support for all business and residential services. The position is responsible for assisting customers with new service requests, billing and service inquiries, payments, and account upgrades.
Customer Care Representatives provide efficient sales support and service processes, courteous customer care, and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services, ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. This position assists in educating business and residential customers on the value of company products and services. A Customer Care Representative will follow established processes for recordkeeping and report generation.
A successful candidate will exude an understanding and knowledge of customer care while maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources. The candidate must be a team player within the organization with a commitment to excellence and driven by results.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer care relations or sales experience is preferred.
