The Ebbert Law Firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide excellent administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO's office, handling a wide range of administrative tasks and managing confidential information. Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Organize and prioritize inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Manage the CEO's expenses and reimbursements
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform general office administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and ordering supplies
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, executive assistance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
