We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the service sales efforts of the organization, focusing on driving revenue growth through their maintenance service offerings. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic sales plans, overseeing a team of service sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective service sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service sales representatives to optimize performance and drive results.
- Identify market opportunities and build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain market competitiveness.
Requirements
- Experience as a service sales representative
- 5+ years of experience in service sales management, preferably in the equipment or machinery industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
