Monarch is seeking a Technical Services Reporting Engineer on a 1099 basis who will be responsible for working closely with clients in order to gather and deliver on reporting requirements through a selection of reporting platforms.
Monarch, a new division of Core10, provides implementation and customer success services for leading financial service CRM and SaaS platforms. The company streamlines the software adoption process for SaaS businesses to onboard customers faster, keep customers longer and generate more revenue. Outside of implementing software solutions, Monarch specializes in building custom connectors between SaaS and CRM products and serves as a key consulting partner to Salesforce. Requirements
What you'll do:
- Leading scoping and delivery of reporting solutions via Excel VBA and other Business Intelligence Platforms
- Working to consume reporting data sources such as API’s, flat files and databases
- Leading clients to utilize industry best practices
- Provide analysis of client needs and reporting approach recommendations
- Leading or assisting in the review of requirements and business processes in order to design new business processes to deliver the solution
- Conduct data management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solution
- Research, Investigate, Debug and Resolve reporting and data issues
- Test and verify reporting accuracy through data analysis
- Document detailed failure and solution information within tickets
- Working cross functionally with several teams including the technical services engineering team, product teams, implementation teams, professional services teams in order to collaborate delivery or reporting requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- 4+ years report writing and data analysis experience with VBA
- Results-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and strong desire to learn
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, interpersonal skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical
- users
- Microsoft VBA (Excel)
- Strong Data Analysis & BI Skills
- Experience of Sisense or other Business Intelligence Platforms
- Basic Web technology knowledge and understanding:
- Web based Request/Response cycles
- Working with RESTful and SOAP API’s
- Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools
- Personal time and project management skills
- Intellectual curiosity and motivated for continual learning

- Enterprise software such as ERP, PMS, Financial, CRM, HR
- Dell Boomi or other ETL based integration/workflow tools
