Full Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to: Performing field investigations on residential and/or commercial
properties with varying terrain in order to determine the locations of underground utilities through the use
equipment such as Electromagnetic Locators (EM) and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), and recording
finding with detailed reports.
- Experience with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) (Preferred)
- Experience with Electromagnetic Locators (EM) (Preferred)
- Competency in common utility infrastructure
- Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing and/or hydro-vac.
Requirements
- Preform field investigation of site utilities on residential and/or commercial properties with varying terrain
- Determine the locations of underground utilities through the use of Electromagnetic Locators (EM) and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)
- Recording findings with detailed reports
- Ability to operate survey grade GPS systems
- Ability to adapt to complex work environments, including seasonal outdoor labor
- Effectively communicating with team members and supervisors
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks at a time
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
