Overview
The position of Vice President North America Sales & Field Relationships, is a combined strategic and operational leadership role providing a direct link between our Partners in the MLM field and the Juice PLUS+ Company. This new, works closely with our CEO and will be pivotal in enhancing Partner relationships and driving sales across the North American region.
- Develop and drive a comprehensive Revenue Strategy, spearheading efforts to acquire new Partners aligned with the company's mission, vision, and approach.
- Collaborate with Public Relations and Communications teams to develop an integrated thought leadership framework, encompassing strategic content publications and high-impact staff speaker engagements at industry events.
- Elevate the corporate brand presence and following across social media channels through compelling, on-brand content and engagement strategies.
- Provide overarching leadership driving team development through coaching, training initiatives and performance management. Foster an environment of continuous improvement by establishing robust sales targets to meet and exceed company goals.
- Proactively engage with the Events teams to showcase the company's expertise in the health and wellness industry.
- Spearhead the planning and execution of best-in-class events within the market. Ensure world-class experiences that will deepen Partner relationships and propel sales growth trajectories in alignment with defined targets.
- Implement comprehensive performance tracking mechanisms to monitor team attainment against sales objectives. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance sales strategies and processes continuously.
- Represent the company as the senior leadership voice in the region. Participate in stakeholder meetings, Partner events and speaking engagements to convey vision and promote organizational impact.
Requirements
- c. 10+ years experience within the direct selling industry with proven business acumen and entrepreneurial drive as a visionary leader and leader of people.
- Established ability to forge trusted relationships across organizations and with corporate leaders.
- Comfort with ambiguity/change
- Excellent execution skills to drive challenging goals and organizational performance.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, within an MLM/Direct Sales environment.
- A compelling presenter to groups and at conferences.
- Accuracy in Sales Forecasting and Planning and an ability to analyse data for report writing purposes.
- Excellent understanding of Nutrition and the Health & Wellness industry
