Keller Executive Search is currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's esteemed organization. As the CFO, you will play a critical role in driving the financial strategy and growth of the company. Your expertise in financial management, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making will be instrumental in ensuring the success and profitability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's overall objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate and transparent financial records.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
- Manage investor relations and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance leadership position.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
