Full Job Description
This is a 6-month temporary position with potential for extension or conversion to full time employment.
We are looking for an AR Specialist to support collecting outstanding payments and overdue debt from our portfolio of clients. The Specialist will interact directly with external clients to manage the debt recovery, solve issues, disputes and related items. The Specialist will partner with internal departments in the business as well as the back-office project operations to ensure the most effective process is followed.
Role tasks and responsibilities
- Collect outstanding monies owed to the company to improve working capital
- Contact business clients in multiple countries through phone calls and emails
- Prepare financial schedules for clients and reports
- Identify issues and work with clients and internal consultants to resolve
- Analyze trends, identify issues and make recommendations
- Highlight and escalate issues to management and financial controllers for resolution
Requirements
Role Requirements:
- Academic history: Finance degree
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
- Technical knowledge (programs/software): Excel
- Fluency in Spanish desired, but not required.

The pay range for this position is $25-$32/hour. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
