Assembly Worker

As an Assembly Worker, you will play a vital role in producing finished products by assembling parts and components according to specifications.

This job involves a wide range of general assembly tasks, with a special emphasis on electrical component knowledge. The work may be repetitive, but it requires precision, attention to detail, and hand dexterity. Your eye-hand coordination should be excellent, as you will be working with small parts. A healthy overall physical condition is necessary as you may need to stand for long hours to meet daily targets. Teamwork is also crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Ensure efficient use of time, materials, and minimize wastage
• Assemble parts and components using hand tools and power tools
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on assembly equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and practices
• Understand the Quality Management System and comply with ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO 80079-34:2011

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

$18.50 hr
