Job Description:
The Enrichery is seeking a driven and innovative location director with a specialization in launching new locations. As the Bellaire Director, you will play a pivotal role in creating interest and driving business at brand new locations in a new geographic area. We are looking for an effective leader who can cultivate lasting relationships with our surrounding community, clientele, and staff as well as lead us through the establishment of a new location.
Responsibilities:
- Launch the opening of new tutoring centers in strategic locations across Houston, generating excitement and interest in the community.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, community organizations, and local businesses, to establish partnerships and drive business growth.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to families on college admissions strategies, helping students navigate the complex admissions process.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to establish marketing and advertising efforts in new markets, utilizing both traditional and digital channels to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel around the Houston area to oversee the launch of new locations and attend networking events as needed.
- Coach and mentor staff of Academic Coaches to create a positive and supportive culture at new locations, while also recruiting and selecting a team of enthusiastic coaches.
- Utilize previous sales experience to differentiate our services from competitors in the area and drive revenue growth at new locations.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, including students, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to oversee the client and staff experience, ensuring high-quality service delivery and student performance.
- Maintain flexibility in schedules to accommodate events outside of standard working hours as needed, including some evenings and weekends, to support new location launches.
- Drive revenue growth at new locations through effective marketing strategies, exceptional customer service, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage social media platforms effectively to establish relationships, engage with the community, and promote the tutoring services offered.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
- Established business acumen including experience using data to drive decision making
- Strong understanding of college admissions processes and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and management abilities
- Social media experience using various platforms for business purposes
- Flexibility to travel around the Houston area and work outside of standard business hours as needed
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change quickly.
