Position Overview:
Are you looking to kick-start or advance your career in security analysis? We're currently seeking a bilingual Asset Protection Specialist to join our team. This position is open to candidates ranging from entry to mid-level, and we're committed to providing comprehensive training to the right individual. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in data analysis and a proven track record of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Meticulous attention to detail is paramount for success in this role, as it involves overseeing security operations for over 450 employees across three countries.
This position is based in our Plano, Texas office and requires on-site presence from Monday to Friday.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor system activity and employee behavior to prevent fraudulent activities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data and investigate suspected violations.
- Generate comprehensive reports and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Occasional travel may be required for on-site assessments within the US and Latin America.
- Document security procedures and incidents for future reference and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Possess strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of security concepts and best practices.
- Prior experience in loss prevention or fraud analysis, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
