This Opportunity
Doota Industrial America, a leading company in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry, is looking for a skilled BIM Building Information Modeling Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing 3D models, creating detailed specifications for construction projects, and promoting collaboration among all stakeholders involved. The BIM Engineer will support the design and planning phases of projects, optimizing the construction process, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of the project deliverables.
Requirements
Who you are
- Use BIM software to develop accurate 3D models for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors involved in the construction process to ensure all aspects of the project conform to BIM standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and regularly update project stakeholders on progress.
- Troubleshoot and identify issues within the design and construction process, finding solutions that meet project requirements.
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications to guide the construction phase and ensure quality control.
- Liaise with project managers on scheduling, deliverables, and other project-related issues.
- Keep up to date with emerging BIM technologies and methodologies and provide recommendations for process improvement.

- Demonstrated proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
