The Role:
We are seeking Calibration Technicians of all levels to join our team at Aldinger Co, a leading calibration services provider.

Location: On-site at various customer sites in Dallas, TX and Surrounding Areas. Occasionally at our office in Dallas, TX
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites.
- Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation.
- Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Working directly with the client throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates on services needed
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support.
- Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel to customers’ locations in the Dallas, TX area and occasional overnight out-of-state travel (1 to 2 nights once a month and potentially up to 1 week on a volunteer basis)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods, and techniques in metrology gained through education or professional experience
- Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment
- Experience working with Manufacturer's Quality Systems
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields
- Technical Degree or Certificate
- Military PMEL Training
- Metrology experience
- Experience with IndySoft
