Commercial HVAC Service Technician

DMS started in 2012 with the sole purpose to provide a higher standard of service in our industry. DMS offers maintenance service and retrofit solutions to the industrial and commercial clients in the DFW area.

Job Description Duties:

·         Performs disassembly and reassembly to large or small commercial HVAC equipment

·         Perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance as indicated in the service agreement

·         Completes service contracts, quoted projects and service calls while maintaining profitability

·         Builds long term relationships with customers and works to the customer’s satisfaction

·         On call / stand by rotation as directed by business

·         Safely drives company vehicles insured by past driving performance records. Meets requirements of company vehicle driving policy.

·         Purchase materials and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers

·         Maintains equipment, tools and inventory stock on service vehicle

Requirements

Qualifications:

·         At least 2 years’ experience of commercial HVAC service and maintenance

·         (Required) EPA Certified

·         (Preferred) OSHA 10-hour course, trade school, college, or apprenticeship program graduate

·         Ability to work in various climates

·         Physically be able to perform job duties
