12 OAKS SENIOR LIVING is a leading accounting firm specializing in providing financial services to senior living communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative at 12 OAKS SENIOR LIVING, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing high-quality assistance and support.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will represent the company in a professional and friendly manner, acting as a bridge between our clients and our accounting team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information
- Assist clients in navigating our accounting software, resolving technical issues, and providing troubleshooting guidance
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve client concerns and ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and offer solutions
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide guidance and training to clients on how to best utilize our accounting services and tools
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software and tools
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
