iClassPro, Inc. is a growing company in Longview looking to hire additional Customer Support Representatives. Our business is booming and moving into new products and markets, and we need a bigger team to help us meet the needs of our expanding customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and live chat
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
  • Assist customers with product navigation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with help desk software or CRM systems is a plus
