- Location: Remote (US-based preferred, with flexibility for exceptional candidates)
Position Overview: We're seeking a #2 to partner with the visionary CEO in scaling operations and driving growth. This integrator-type role requires extensive business and operations skills.

Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in online business, preferably in ed-tech, information products, or SaaS
- Proven track record in scaling operations and managing teams
- Strong business acumen: OKRs, budgets, metrics, vendor management
Skills:
- Intelligent, extremely fast learner
- Proactive problem-solver who takes massive action
- Exceptional communication and transparent candidness
Mindset:
- Hunger and scrappiness, alongside strategic thinking
- Comfort with ambiguity and building from the ground up
Key responsibilities:
- Free up CEO's time and focus
- Build and manage a growing team
- Oversee business, operations, and financials to support ambitious growth targets
Reporting:
- You’ll report directly to the CEO.
Compensation:
- Compensation range: $100,000 - $200,000 based on experience
- Performance-based bonuses
- 100% Remote
