Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobile Development Strategy Leader:

• Define and implement a comprehensive mobile development strategy that aligns with our company’s goals. You’ll create a roadmap that ensures our mobile products are innovative, user-friendly, and ahead of the competition.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mobile developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. You’ll ensure that your team has the tools, skills, and support they need to deliver outstanding results.

• Work closely with product management, design, QA, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and successful mobile product launches. You’ll be the bridge between mobile development and the rest of the organization, ensuring that communication is clear and that everyone is working towards the same goals.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development, bringing new ideas and innovations to the team. You’ll ensure that our mobile technology stack remains cutting-edge and competitive.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Mobile Development Expertise: Extensive experience in mobile app development, with a deep understanding of iOS, Android, and cross-platform frameworks. You’re well-versed in the intricacies of mobile design, development, and deployment.
• Leadership Excellence: Proven experience leading and mentoring mobile development teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality mobile apps. You’re the kind of leader who can inspire and guide a team to achieve their best work.

Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on mobile development and 3-5 years in a leadership role such as Mobile Development Manager, Lead Mobile Developer, or similar. You’ve successfully led teams that have delivered successful, scalable mobile apps.
• Proven experience in building and scaling mobile apps in fast-paced environments, particularly in industries such as SaaS, fintech, or healthtech.
• Experience with both native and cross-platform mobile development frameworks, as well as cloud-based mobile backends.
