About the Role:
Botrista is seeking a Director of Account Management to lead and develop our account management team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their success with our beverage solutions.
As the Director of Account Management, you will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic account plans, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth. You will lead a team of Account Managers, providing them with guidance and support to exceed their goals and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Regional Management team, setting clear goals and expectations, providing coaching and development opportunities, and ensuring their overall success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key restaurant executives and stakeholders, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand our offering within existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Monitor customer engagement and usage of our products/services, identifying trends and proactively addressing any issues or concerns
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on account performance and progress towards goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to our partners
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or a related customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic relationships with executives and key stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving account growth
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to think strategically and develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value to customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
Plus bonus and stock options
