Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a versatile and driven individual to play a key role within our engineering team as we explore frontier renewable generation and storage technologies. Our team is high-performing and seeks individuals eager to take ownership and contribute across various aspects of the business as we transition new technologies from prototype to energization.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for renewable assets.
• Develop and implement testing protocols and standards to ensure the reliability and performance of new products.
• Design, prototype, and test new products and components to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of renewable energy systems.
• Analyse and interpret data from experiments and tests to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing product lines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure Fuse Energy remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Experience with data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
