AmpThink is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features, ensuring the best user experience and optimal performance.

Seeking a team member to:

• Design and develop robust and scalable web applications, both front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Optimize web applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide feedback to peers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or other similar role working with technologies such as Node.js, PHP and Python.
• Web Technologies: Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSON, REST, React, and XML is required to effectively contribute to our web development projects.
• Databases: Solid understanding of databases and proficiency in SQL preferably in hosted environments (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Version Control: Proficiency in version control processes and discipline is necessary to maintain collaborative and efficient development workflows.
• Testing and Debugging: Solid experience in testing and debugging is mandatory to guarantee the reliability and robustness of web applications.
• Agile/Scrum: You should be comfortable working within an Agile/Scrum development process, as it's integral to promoting collaboration and adaptability in our projects.
• Front-end/Back-end Collaboration: The ability to effectively communicate and define back-end requirements to support front-end development efforts is crucial for seamless integration.
• Adaptability: You must demonstrate the capability to adjust priorities based on changing project needs, including bug fixes and customer requests, to ensure project success.
• Desire to Innovate: A passion for learning and a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest technological developments is a requirement to help us remain at the cutting edge of technology.
