The Head of Marketing will lead all our marketing efforts, focusing on marketing strategy development, budget management, and execution across all paid and organic channels with a particular emphasis on customer reactivation, partnerships and community building. This role requires a unique blend of strategic, analytical yet creative thinking, an eye for design and executional excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying marketing needs, selecting and managing marketing agencies, and overseeing associated budgets to drive margin accretive ROI growth while maintaining a strong sense of brand loyalty and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement marketing strategies that align with Perfect Keto's goals, prioritizing customer retention and reactivation.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, including campaigns, emails, social media, and other customer touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage the marketing budget to promote profitable growth.
- Coordinate with multiple marketing agencies to meet strategic and operational objectives.
- Strategize on channel use, balancing organic and paid media for optimal brand exposure and engagement.
- Lead product launches, from concept to market analysis.
- Manage and optimize the Shopify website, addressing technical issues.
- Conduct A/B testing on digital assets for improved messaging and conversion.
- Develop ROI-positive partnerships and community initiatives that reflect Perfect Keto's values.
- Use data analytics to make informed marketing decisions, optimizing ROI.
- Collaborate with customer support to enhance customer experiences and address feedback.
- Stay informed about trends in the direct-to-consumer health and wellness sector.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior marketing role with a health-focused, direct-to-consumer CPG business.
- Expertise in setting and managing marketing budgets, with a focus on customer loyalty and retention.
- Proven track record of iterative marketing processes and a passion for experimentation.
- Ability to strategize and execute effectively without direct reports.
- Experience in budget management and agency collaboration.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with an emphasis on partnerships and community involvement.
- Well-versed in both paid and organic media and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI-based decision-making.
- In-depth experience with Shopify ecosystem including related 3rd party applications, metrics, strategies, and agencies.
- A strong sense of brand and customer loyalty, skilled in building lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a dedication to health and wellness.
- Experience in managing rebranding or significant brand shifts.
