About the Role
You'll be the driving force behind our growth in the US, leading the charge from strategy to execution. You'll work closely with the executive team to craft and implement a dynamic go-to-market strategy that sets the stage for success. Your role will encompass everything from building a high-impact sales team, to building pipeline with Marketing and Business Development, to rolling up your sleeves and helping to close key deals yourself (at least initially). This is a hands-on leadership position where your strategic vision meets tactical execution, empowering you to shape the future of our sales organization in the US market, and drive revenue to new heights. This role reports into the VP Revenue.

Where and how you’ll work
This role is currently an Office-Mix Hybrid role based in Austin. This means you would chat with your leader and team for the number of day you need to be together to collaborate and achieve outcomes in close proximity. This is often 1 - 2 days a week. The other days you have flexibility.

What you'll do in your first 6- 12 months
- Develop and execute a territory plan in collaboration with the MDR and marketing teams
- Ensure that deal strategies and planning are in place to move deals efficiently through the sales cycle
- Hire, onboard, coach and develop the sales talent to manage complex enterprise SaaS deals, investing in effective onboarding
- Secure new logos and drive significant revenue growth in the market
- As the senior-most leader in the US, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture, fostering community and enabling collaboration with other regions
What You'll need
- Sales leadership in a SaaS company and experienced launching new markets (zero to $10M ARR)
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and deal values between $500K and $2M
- A hands-on leadership style and a track record of building, inspiring and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in crafting and implementing successful sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives
- Expertise with CRMs and other sales tools to gather insights, track performance, and make data-driven decisions
- The ability to analyze market trends, understand the competitive landscape, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on new opportunities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A knack for thriving in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
You will work in a team with: Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships and Sales. You’ll also work cross-functionally with our Product, Customer Success and People team to support growth in the US market.
