Hotel Bartender

Texas Hotel Management is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Bartender to join our team for Springhill Suites Houston Northwest. As a Hotel Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious cocktails to our guests, ensuring their overall satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a charismatic and customer-oriented individual who is passionate about mixology and providing exceptional service.

In this role, you will work closely with the Hotel Bar Manager to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. You will also collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth bar operations and deliver memorable experiences. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, have a deep knowledge of different spirits and cocktail recipes, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Create and serve a variety of cocktails, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and utensils as needed
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests, making recommendations and providing drink suggestions based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies
• Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that arise
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
