Integrity Urgent Care is looking for a HRIS & Ops Data Analyst to join our team. With a commitment to providing exceptional patient care, Integrity Urgent Care is a leader in the healthcare industry.
This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting human resources and operational data to support the decision-making and the optimization and efficiency of HR and Operations processes. The role will provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning, talent management, and compliance. The data analyst plays a key role in providing information to support the achievement of business objectives. The HRIS and Operational Data Analyst will report to the Director of HR with a dotted line reporting relationship to the COO and Operations department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HRIS system (ADP), Learning Management System (MedTrainer), Applicant Tracking System (Workable), Experity (EHR), management and other resources.
- Maintain and enhance the usage of the HRIS system, communicating features to maximize return on investment and ensuring data accuracy.
- Responsible for the integration and communication of data between HR platforms, vendors and technologies, mainly between HRIS and benefit carriers
- Stays up to date on all upgrades and new features of HR systems communicating impact to users as needed.
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate people metrics and insights as well as operational metrics.
- Identify and recommend short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders of the company to ensure key data is represented accurately and effectively.
- Functions as project manager for implementation of upgrades and new projects.
- Assist the Director of HR with the execution of internal and external audits.
- Assist the COO with the execution of analysis of clinic metrics and operational efficiencies
- Assist HR team members in navigating and troubleshooting all HR-related systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, finance, human resources, data or computer science, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel
- Computer proficiency required, including experience with various software systems including HRIS, LMS, ATS, and EMR; experience with ADP Workforce Now, and/or Solv, a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of confidentiality with dealing with sensitive situations
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to think creatively when analyzing and presenting data
- Self-directed with the ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
