Full Job Description
The role of the Technician is to provide technical support and maintenance of DRA injection skids during product field trials at customer sites located across the United States
Main responsibilities:
- To carry out technical supervision and repair devices on the equipment;
- To be involved in the testing, handover, and installation of new equipment;
- Work with Equipment Engineer and Client Technicians to complete set up and commission DRA Skids as needed.
- Operation support for Skids to ensure proper process operation in a timely manner.
- Visually inspects and tests equipment, paying attention to unusual noise to detect malfunctions.
- Lay-out, assemble, install, maintain pipe systems and related electrical, instrumentation and hydraulic equipment. Repair and replace motors, sensors, gauges etc.
- Electro-mechanic root causes troubleshooting.
- Be proactive and have a teamwork mindset in relation to other technicians and Engineers.
Requirements
- 2yr associate degree Preferred / High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Willingness to travel:
- Domestic trave up to 60% of the time
- International up to 10% of the time
