Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and diligent Inventory Specialist to join our vibrant team! The Inventory Specialist will help us continue spreading the joy of gardening and making it accessible by managing our inventory and maintaining our inventory system. If you are a team player with strong attention to detail who is passionate about sustainable living and making a difference, we would love to have you on our team! This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX.

The duties and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and update records in the inventory management system.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts.
  • Check inbound deliveries for accuracy; report any discrepancies, missing parts, or defects to the supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure that the inventory is stored and organized properly.
  • Follow Company safety and quality procedures; and other policies and guidelines governing Company operations.
  • Perform other duties and related projects as assigned by direct supervisor or manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an inventory management role.
  • Direct to consumer and eCommerce experience is a plus.
  • Forklift/Reach Truck experience required.
  • OSHA 10 knowledge preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with WMS.
  • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Regularly lift, carry, pull and push 70 lbs. unassisted.
  • Regularly squat, stoop, bend at waist, turn at waist to complete function above.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Job Location and Work Schedule:

  • 13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX 77377:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch break 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
