Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computing, Systems or similar careers (TSU, Trunks, Interns, Graduates).
. Experience providing on-site technical support.
. Experience in any ticket management system or tool.
. Active Directory management.
. Handling failures in Windows or Linux.
. Work under SLA'S..
Microsoft office management.
NEED TO HAVE AT LEAST MEDIUM LEVEL OF SPANISH.
ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
. On-site technical support.
. Troubleshooting IT equipment (desktops, laptops and multi-function printers).
. Installation of WindowsLinux operating system and applications.
. Preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and some peripherals.
. Active directory support.
. Domain profile configuration.
. Microsoft Office 365 support and configuration.
. Updating and maintenance of computer equipment inventories.
. Use of ticketing tool, example: ServiceNow, Solution Manager (Solman), HP Service Manager, etc.
. Monitoring of guarantees.
