Job Description:
As a Level III Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising highly paid Level lll security guards at our Duncanville, TX warehouse site, as well as other sites in the region. Your role will evolve and expand as the company grows, offering you the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, advance in your career, and achieve your financial goals.
This is a full-time salaried position for which we seek passionate individuals who possess a growth mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Using our web-based scheduling system, the Level lll Security Supervisor will create and manage security guard schedules ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts.
Monitor Shift Change: Oversee shift changes, both online and in-person, to ensure a smooth transition between guards. (remote monitoring of shift change is facilitated via our scheduling app)
Implement Rules and Regulations: Enforce company policies and security procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment. Suggest SOP and policy changes in order to produce a higher quality product for the client and to ensure harmony among the Officers on duty.
Conduct Security Assessments: You will conduct Security Assessments for clients and advise on how B6 can best protect their property and their assets.
Issue Uniforms from our McKinney office: Via FedEx or delivery to the job.
Sales Background Helpful: Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial for client interactions and relationship management.

Compensation:
- NO EARNINGS CAP on this position.
- Initial Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 (Based on Experience) Review after 90 days.
- Your pay will IMMEDIATELY increase as the Supervised Guard Hours (SGH) under your management increases to a minimum threshold.
- Your ability to obtain new contracts will result in a commission on the sale in addition to your initial salary and your SGH bonus.

Requirements
- Hold a Texas Level III Commission or higher. This is non-negotiable.
- Must read and speak English fluently.
- Excellent overall communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in the event of a call out, or until a replacement can be reached.
- Absolute punctuality is required.
- Use our electronic clock-in/clock-out system when working a shift OR when monitoring shift change.
- Using our provided laptop, maintain accurate reports in our electronic log book.
- Treat all clients and their employees with the utmost respect.
- Foster a positive, upbeat work environment for B6 employees.
- Enforce B6 policy, and ensure compliance with client policy on post.
- Proficient in the use of electronic metal detectors for personnel screening.
- Ability to attract, train, motivate, and retain quality Officers.
- Receptive to feedback and willing to offer critical feedback to upper management.
