Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification in Texas.
- Prior experience working in a school or clinical setting is a strong plus.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and school staff.
- Culturally competent and able to work effectively with diverse populations.
