Frinz Care is Texas-based, fast-growing group practice of compassionate, highly-skilled counselors dedicated to providing our clinical expertise, support and care for families, couples, adults and teens so they may experience a future of unity, health and happiness. Our services are fully remote providing virtual sessions from the comfort of our counselors' and clients' homes.

We specialize in family therapy, couples therapy, teen therapy and Christian values-based counseling.
We provide treatment for all areas of mental health that affect our clients and encourage our licensed counselors to attain additional training in modalities of therapy and new skills to support our clients. We encourage you to bring your own specialty to the group and add to the specialized experience of our team!
Expertise in Demand:
- Experience counseling families of parents and teen/adult children dealing with family conflict and relationship issues.
- Experience in couples counseling, both premarital and marriages suffering from damaged relationships.
- Counseling experience in men’s issues particularly anger management, control issues, narcissism, abusive tendencies, lack of empathy and emotion.
- Teen and college students counseling experience dealing with mental health issues and life transitions.
- Incorporating Christian values and faith-based counseling as part of the therapy experience.
Client Responsibilities:
- Maintain client confidentiality; adheres to professional ethical standards and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Corresponds with clients and those involved in the care of clients
- Uses electronic health record systems to maintain client notes using simple pre-populated assistance tools
- Manages calendar availability and assist clients with scheduling for your own appointments
- Utilize your expertise in a variety of individual, group, couples, or family counseling interventions
- Engage in information gathering, professional evaluation, formal assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, implementation, and follow-up
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate with a master’s degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Currently fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). Must be fully licensed to practice independently in Texas.
- Two+ years of counseling experience as a licensed professional (LPC-Associate or equivalent+)
