Are you an experienced business development professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive growth in the Americas market? Kahoot! is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Sales to join our Kahoot! at Work team and help expand our presence in the region.
As the Manager, Enterprise Sales for Kahoot! at Work you will play a key role in defining and executing our growth strategy, driving revenue, and expanding our market presence within our enterprise segment. This role is responsible for a team of Sales Executives based in Austin.
The Manager reports to the VP of Sales, Americas. The position is located in Austin, Texas.

The role is responsible for the following tasks (but not limited to):
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
- Lead the Business Development team in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with the sales teams and customer success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Collaborate with sales and CX teams to develop targeted prospecting campaigns and optimize outreach strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and market dynamics.
- Implement processes and systems to track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, setting clear expectations and providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Providing decisive leadership and guidance to the team, nurturing a culture of excellence, and optimizing revenue-generating opportunities all while adhering to the company values and Sales Mantras.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and prospects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer success to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Higher university degree (Bachelor's degree minimum)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales as a sales executive, sales manager or team leader.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Solid understanding of working and improving processes to maximize the outcome
- Ability to lead through coaching and getting the best performance out of your team.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Team player with ability to work in a distributed and international environment.
