This Opportunity
Doota Industrial America is seeking a talented and experienced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer to join our team at an enterprise client location.
As an MES Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with the proprietary manufacturing technologies and contribute to the development of solutions that align with industry standards, ensuring safe and quality production. You will play a key role in optimizing the manufacturing process by monitoring and enhancing manufacturing systems, collecting, managing and analyzing data, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring real-time data monitoring and data flow across a complex enterprise manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Experienced within Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) environment.
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring data, maintaining systems, designing and planning enhancements within a complex environment.
- Experienced with collecting and monitor data from measuring instruments, ensuring data integrity that are in processing and transit from and to multiple systems
- Designing, planning, and deploying application menu enhancement.
- Collecting, analyzing and organizing data used for manufacturing.
- Responsible for network and server management
- Manufacturing Operations Management: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and data collection.
- Strong understanding of MSSQL Server: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), Experience with PLC/HMI and communication setting(OPC/UA, Modbus/Tcp, Omron PLC, Siemens PLC)
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Experience leading and managing projects from inception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and translate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose practical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics and Automation Systems, MES, or related field.
- Korean speaking is a plus but not required
