Full Job Description
- Manage daily operations across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to maximize production efficiency and minimize costs.
- Manage production schedules, workforce allocations, and inventory management to meet project deadlines.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and processes to maximize production efficiency and minimize costs.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members. Provide direction, set objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee growth and development.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure that products and services meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor quality control processes to address and resolve any issues related to quality or performance.
- Lead, mentor, and train manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in manufacturing operations.
- Manage the maintenance and improvement of equipment and facilities to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare reports on production performance and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA. (preferred)
- Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- 5+ years proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role, with a strong background in manufacturing operations and team management. (preferred)

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
