Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Content Management: Create, edit, and schedule content for the company’s website, blog, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements. Two plus years of HubSpot marketing hub is strongly preferred.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events. Handle logistics and follow up with participants.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product team, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
- Administrative Support: Manage marketing assets, track budgets, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or a related role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (HubSpot sales hub experience is a bonus)
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads).
- 1+ years of experience with Canva
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities (e.g., exposure with Asana or Wrike is preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with changing deadlines and managing stakeholder content reviews and deliverables
