Job Description
We are seeking a creative and determined Marketing Supervisor to join our vibrant team! The Marketing Supervisor will help us bring our revolutionary mosquito control invention to consumers by developing and implementing marketing strategies for our new Smart Mosquito Misting System – Moogo. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of mosquito control market and industry trends. If you are a team player with strong business acumen who is passionate about making a difference, we would love to have you on our team! This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Moogo with an emphasis on achieving online sales targets and building brand recognition.
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and e-commerce platform optimization to drive online sales.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the mosquito repelling system sector.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and product development, to align on product positioning, promotional strategies, and customer engagement for both online and offline channels.
- Oversee the allocation and efficient use of marketing budgets, ensuring a high ROI on digital marketing and overall branding campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements and future strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring Moogo's online presence is innovative and effective in driving sales and brand awareness.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor and the Leadership Team.
Requirements
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Batchelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the mosquito control industry.
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies, customer acquisition, and retention practices for e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive online sales and brand engagement.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce systems.

- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; lunch break 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm

- The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
