We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced NetSuite Developer to join our vibrant team! The NetSuite Developer will help us continue spreading the joy of gardening and making it accessible by providing expert support to NetSuite users. If you have experience in NetSuite ERP development and you are passionate about sustainable living and making a difference, we would love to have you on our team! This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tomball, TX.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and guidance to users: employees, contractors, suppliers, or customers on NetSuite-related issues.
- Lead the development and implementation of analytics and reporting solutions for financial information within NetSuite.
- Manage and execute data integration projects across various business domains, emphasizing NetSuite ERP solutions.
- Conduct integrity testing for system upgrades and development releases to ensure smooth migration to production environments.
- Engage in hands-on coding and development work to fulfill project requirements as needed.
- Document business objectives, use cases, business requirements, system specifications, workflows, and process documentation in detail.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows and processes within NetSuite to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of operational reports and dashboards for different levels of management.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend and implement effective solution designs for achieving defined business or process objectives.
- Follow Company safety and quality procedures; and other policies and guidelines governing Company operations.
- Perform other duties and related projects as assigned by direct supervisor or the Leadership Team.
Requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with e-Commerce.
- Familiarity with common industry-standard business practices in accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse management as they relate to e-commerce.
- Proven experience in NetSuite ERP development, with a strong understanding of Suite Script for back-end customization.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in managing technical aspects of the NetSuite platform, including custom records, forms, fields, and workflows.
- Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred.
- Proficiency in creating custom forms, dashboards, saved searches, and workflows within NetSuite.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Job Location and Work Schedule:
- 13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX 77377:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Lunch break 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.

- The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 annually
