Parts shipping and receiving associate

RideNow Powersports, a leading powersports retailer, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate. At RideNow Powersports, we are passionate about providing our customers with quality products and outstanding customer service.

As a Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for managing the flow of parts and accessories in and out of our warehouse. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate inventory management and timely shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and accessories
• Update inventory records and stock shelves with received items
• Pick and pack parts and accessories for outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with carriers to arrange pickups and deliveries
• Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of shipped items
• Assist customers with parts inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Requirements

• Prior experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a parts or warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management systems
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
