Pediatric Home Health Nurse LVN / RN Nederland - Days

Advanced Pediatric Care is seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse LVN / RN to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare services to pediatric patients in the Nederland area. The current opening is for 3 shifts a week. Shifts are 7:00a-5:00p in Nederland - Mon. Wed. & Fri.

-LVN range from $19.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)

-RN range from $25.00-$40.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals -
• Monitoring patients' health conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team -
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding -
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families -
• Conducting patient assessments and following care plans -
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care -
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health management

Requirements

• Current LVN / RN license in Texas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of pediatric medical equipment and procedures
• CPR certification
