Responsibilities
- Provide personalized shopping assistance to customers in selecting decorative hardware products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their style preferences and needs.
- Remain knowledgeable about product features, benefits, and trends in decorative hardware.
- Assist clients in visualizing how products will look in their homes using design tools and samples.
- Manage client inquiries and feedback with professionalism and promptness.
- Coordinate and oversee the custom order process, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve overall store sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in home décor or hardware.
- Strong understanding of decorative hardware trends, styles, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to assess clients' needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Proficiency in design tools or software to assist clients in visualizing their selections.
