Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical and functional abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Implement treatment interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• At least 2 years of previous experience
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in an inpatient or acute care setting preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
